Working Student Program
High Mountain Dressage now offers the opportunity for a working student position.

Conditions:
- minimum age 18
- drivers licence
- must speak English or German
- must be able to work in a team - no divas please! :)
- experience with horses is helpful but not necessary
- we provide food, accommodation and riding lessons in exchange for horse-related-work (6 hrs a day, 5 days
   per week - hours can be arranged in agreement with all parties)
- transportation (airfare or car, shuttle bus from/to airport) is responsibility of working student
- must be health insured (Germans can get an 'Auslandskrankenversicherung' easily in every travel agency)
- minimum stay 6 weeks, preferred are 2 - 3 months
- work: grooming, tack and stall cleaning, tacking/untacking/bathing the horses, walk-warmup and cooldown
  (depending on your riding skills and experience), travel to and help at shows, roundpen work and lunging
  (also depending on your comfort, experience and skill level), handwalking, feeding, jump/ground pole setup
